When my adult son and I couldn't get a twin room for the first night, we were given double rooms, but we were able to switch to a twin room the next night. the rooms were comfortable and had modern amenities like individually controllable air conditioning and block out blinds. the bathroom was clean and the onsen was a nice addition. the staff was helpful and ensured a seamless room change. the breakfast had a wide variety of food, although the hot items could have been warmer. it was a convenient and comfortable stay.

The hotel had a great location close to the train station and a convenience store. the staff was polite and provided fast internet connection. I appreciated having a clean and comfortable room.

The set up of the air conditioner was a little inconvenient and the mirror fogged up easily which was a frustration when getting ready. it would have been nice to have some complimentary water provided in the room.
