The staff were friendly and helpful, assisting with reservations, transportation, and luggage. The location was slightly outside of town but there were nearby restaurants and an onsen. The hotel provided a shuttle bus into town each night and had a free public bus nearby. The breakfast options were good and there was a comfortable relaxation area.

We had a fantastic stay at Altitude Nozawa Villa. The staff went above and beyond to make our experience memorable. They helped us with restaurant bookings, recommended activities, and even delivered a forgotten item to the gondola for one of our group members. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with amenities like all-day tea, coffee, and fruit available. We loved the convenient shuttles to town and the gondola, as well as the free washing machine and drying room. Altitude Nozawa Villa is definitely a top choice for anyone visiting Nozawa.

The Altitude Nozawa was a fantastic value for money. The staff was great and always helpful, providing drives to the town and slopes. The hotel's location was convenient, with an easy access to the local bus stop right in front. The rooms were spacious with comfortable western beds, and the hotel had great drying room and laundry facilities. The highlight for me was the fantastic breakfast, buffet style with cooked options, including delicious croissants with ham, cheese, and tomato.

We stayed at Altitude Lodge for a family ski trip and were pleasantly surprised with an upgrade to a chalet. The location is a short 5-7 minute walk from the ski resort and they offer a free pick-up from the station and a shuttle bus to the city center. The rooms are modern, clean, and convenient. The breakfast buffet has a good variety of options. Jack, the staff member, was very helpful and recommended great places nearby. Highly recommended!
