We had a fantastic stay at the Ana Crowne Plaza Hotel in Kushiro. The location was superb, just a short walk to the bus station and surrounded by great dining options. The facilities were top-notch, with both smoking and non-smoking rooms available. The room itself was quiet, even with a ballroom upstairs, and had excellent amenities like a humidifier and Shiseido bath products. The highlight was the gorgeous sunsets we could enjoy near the Fisherman's Wharf. we highly recommend this hotel for its convenience, comfort, and beautiful location.

I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel! The location couldn't have been better - right in front of the river with stunning views of the water and snow-covered buildings. It was also conveniently located just opposite the Fisherman's Wharf Moo marketplace, so I had plenty of shopping and dining options right at my doorstep. The staff here were exceptional - English-speaking and always ready to assist with any request, even the non-standard ones. This made my stay even more comfortable and enjoyable.

This hotel provided enhanced comfort and quality services. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious and convenient stay.

Located in the center of the famous shopping street, this hotel is very close to the center of the city. It is just a short walk from Kushiro station, making it a convenient choice for travelers. Guests can enjoy stunning ocean views from their rooms at sunset, and the comfortable beds and pillows ensure a restful sleep. The breakfast at the ground floor restaurant offers a decent selection of hot and cold dishes, catering to both Eastern and Western tastes.

Some guests have noted that the disposable slippers provided by the hotel are extremely thin.

Great location near the port and easy to reach the station. the room was clean and had a nice view of the harbor. the staff was friendly and helpful. the seafood restaurant nearby was delicious and highly recommended.

The walls are thin and the noise from other rooms can be very loud. New Year's Eve was very noisy with guests yelling and banging on doors until the early morning.
