My friend and I stayed at this hotel for 12 nights while watching the basketball World Cup. The staff was friendly and the rooms were cleaned daily with fresh sheets and towels. The air conditioning worked well and the curtains made the room completely dark. The hotel has great amenities such as a swimming pool, 7Eleven shop, cash machine, currency exchange machine, and a sky bar. The location is perfect, with local restaurants nearby and easy access to bus and monorail stations.

the service was impeccable and the staff were always readily available to assist us. the outdoor swimming pool was relaxing and the location was convenient for exploring the city. the room advantages were outstanding and provided us with a comfortable stay.

One minor issue we experienced was with the Sauna.

Some previous guests recommended renting a car to explore the beautiful drive up north to the aquarium or visiting the war museums down south. There is also a roof bar on the 10th floor, providing a nice spot to relax.

I arrived at the hotel with a lot of luggage and I'm glad I took a taxi because it would have been difficult to walk up the slope. The staff were friendly and helpful, even though some struggled with English. The free wifi was excellent and the spacious shower and bath room were a welcome treat. The hotel is popular and has beautiful facilities, although I didn't have a chance to use them. I was able to get a great deal on hiring a car through the hotel, complete with an English GPS. The location is good, with a short walk to the main shopping district. I had a nice stay at Okinawa Harborview Hotel and would recommend it.
