We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The best aspects were the cleanliness, hotel facilities, location adjacent to the harbor, and the helpful staff. The room was very clean and comfortable, with a beautiful view of the bay. The hotel had a classy bar and spacious rooms with a panorama view. We also appreciated the convenience of being close to the train station and the bus terminal, making it easy to explore this city. The breakfast was delicious and the staff was great, providing us with a warm and welcoming experience. we highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service and amenities.

The location was excellent, just a short walk from the JR Wakkanai Station and the Wakkanai Port Northern Breakwater Dome. The view from my room window was stunning, overlooking the port/sea. The staff was knowledgeable, helpful, and some spoke good English. The hotel had a classy atmosphere with a marbel stairway, piano, and a classy bar. The room was spacious, immaculate, and had a comfortable bed.

The location of this hotel is perfect. It is within walking distance to the train station and the port, which was very convenient for me. Plus, the view from my room window was absolutely stunning. I loved waking up to the sight of the port and the sea every morning. the hotel also had a souvenir shop, which had a great selection of products. It was nice to be able to buy some gifts without having to go far.
