Great location connected to Rinku Outlets and station. Spectacular views of Osaka Bay. Helpful staff. Big hotel with lots of bars and restaurants, including a busy and good bar/restaurant in the next tower. Restaurants open till 10 or 11 in the nearby mall.

As low-budget travelers, we enjoyed the convenience of the metro and hotel shuttle bus connecting us to KIX. The quality of the airport accommodation and professionalism of the staff exceeded our expectations. Our room had a wonderful view of the harbor and city, and the hotel's morning airport bus shuttle was clean and convenient.

We absolutely loved our stay at this venue! The location was incredibly convenient, situated directly next to the train station where we could easily travel to Osaka or catch our flight out of Kansai airport. The hotel amenities were top-notch, including fantastic service from the staff and great room amenities like an in-room safe and an electric kettle. We appreciated the free airport shuttle and the variety of dining options that were available on-site.

The morning airport shuttle was fully booked upon check-in which was a bit of a surprise. It meant we had to take separate shuttles at an incredibly early time.
