Pretty sweet location near Chiba Station, but the room was a bit small and the aircon was dusty. Staff were super friendly, though!

My experience wasn’t great. The room felt cramped, and I struggled with limited storage space for my luggage. Man, this place is so lekker! Room was small but super clean, and they kept the amenities stocked up every day. The staff were so friendly, like chommies that actually care, you know? The restaurant had a daily special meal, and it hit the spot after a long day exploring. Just down the road from Chiba Station, too!

the location is super convenient, like only a 3 min walk from chiba station. didn’t have any issues with noise, super quiet and clean room. the restaurant down stairs was good and reasonably priced, had some tasty daily specials. staff was friendly and helpful, and the laundry facilities were easy to use. loved that they have luggage transportation service to other apa hotels, made traveling easier!

The room was super clean and had some nice amenities like screen mirroring, which was a pleasant surprise! The elevators worked pretty fast even from the 13th floor. I did have to trek down to the lobby for ice, though, which was kinda annoying. The breakfast at the restaurant was a solid win too!

Made a long journey easy, just drop off the bags and forget about them. Plus, I was really impressed by their friendly staff. They would greet me with a smile and a warm welcome every time I came back to the hotel after a long day of exploring.

It wasn't exactly budget-friendly, but acceptable for what you get.
