The staff was also very helpful and polite, making our stay pleasant. The clean and quiet rooms provided a peaceful retreat after a long day of exploring. Plus, the hotel offered a great view of the nearby lake, which was a bonus for our morning walks and jogs.

Excellent for groups of friends! The service is efficient with multilingual staff and a sumptuous breakfast. Rooms might be small, but with all necessary facilities such as quality bedding, hairdryer, toiletries, an excellent shower, and a humidifier to keep you comfortable without the need for a fan at night.

The hotel lobby can get quite busy with luggage but does not affect the service.

Spent Xmas here and had a great time! Loved the complimentary toiletries and bottled water provided in the room. the location was perfect, close to the train and subway station and just a short walk from Ueno Park. the staff was friendly and accommodating, making our stay even better. Breakfast was included and we enjoyed the wide variety of options available, especially the Japanese dishes.

The room was a bit on the small side, making it difficult to move around with more than one piece of luggage. While the room was generally clean, we did notice some dust accumulations in the bathroom and on the desk.
