The Onsen was beautiful and relaxing, with three different options to choose from. the free on-demand movies provided in the room were a nice bonus. the hotel lobby was stunningly beautiful and created a welcoming atmosphere. the location was central and conveniently close to the train station. the room accommodations were just right for one person, providing enough space for comfort. the shampoo, conditioner, and body soap provided in the room were of good quality. the hotel provided hygiene products such as toothbrush/paste, shaver, hair tie, cotton pad, and q-tip.

The lack of available towels in the Onsen was inconvenient. It would have been better to have a separate towel for the Onsen instead of carrying the only bath towel from the room.

The bed was extremely comfortable and the WIFI was fast and dependable. the hotel's facilities were fantastic, especially the hotsprings public bath with an outdoor option and the laundry facility on the 18th floor. the breakfast was also very enjoyable! They offered a variety of breads, meats, salmon, salad station, and fruit. the location of the hotel is in a great spot, close to multiple train stations and plenty of shopping stores nearby.

It would have been better if the hotel provided daily drinking water bottles free of charge. Instead, only a 500 ml bottle was provided during check-in.

That the rooms were uncomfortably hot, even though it was unseasonably warm. There was limited ability to cool the room, which made it difficult to get a good night's sleep.
