I recently had a great stay at this hotel in Yokohama. The location was perfect for exploring the area on foot, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. The hotel itself was very secure, giving me peace of mind during my stay. I also appreciated the convenience of having two convenient stores on the 4th floor. Additionally, the room had limited English TV channels, but I was able to easily cast from my phone to the TV and enjoy Netflix and YouTube.

All in all, my stay at this hotel was fantastic and I couldn't ask for more.

The hotel location is perfect for exploring the area, close to many attractions and with an accessible transport system. The staff is friendly and incredibly helpful, ready to assist in every way possible. The rooms and bathroom are spotless, well-maintained with modern amenities. Additionally, the breakfast options are delicious and varied with fresh ingredients handpicked for the guests’ convenience.

The waiting time for check-in is a small negative aspect that could be improved in the future.

The onsen and rooms are superb. Small rooms as usual in Japan, but the cleanliness of the hotel and the onsen were awesome. Room with 2 large beds, enough for 2 adults and 2 kids to sleep in the same room. Will definitely stay here again.

During my recent stay at Apa Hotel & Resort in Yokohama, I was pleasantly surprised by the convenient location and exceptional cleanliness of the room. The hotel is perfectly situated for exploring all the nearby tourist attractions, and I particularly enjoyed the stunning view of the sea from my window. Additionally, having a family market within the hotel made buying food incredibly convenient. The public baths were also a highlight, as they were clean and provided a comfortable and relaxing experience.

The hotel has convenient parking and a 24/7 Family Mart. Despite some drawbacks, I appreciated the good selection of food at breakfast and the opportunity to try local cuisine. I would recommend this hotel.

During my Christmas stay, I really appreciated the convenience of having a FamilyMart located within the hotel itself. the onsen provided a great way to relax and unwind after a day of exploring. the facilities were clean and well-maintained.

Although there were a few minor drawbacks, such as limited parking on-site and occasional crowding at the breakfast buffet, these did not significantly diminish my overall experience at the hotel.

Enjoyed my stay thanks to the fabulous view and comfortable beds. the breakfast was plentiful and the bar downstairs was great, with excellent burgers. Another positive aspect was the convenient stores located on the same floor, which were super handy. the staff were super helpful and always tried their best to help with a smile.

The room was tiny and became warm due to the central heating system. the bathrooms were also small and the shower difficult to get in and out of.

We had a wonderful stay at a very efficient hotel with all the amenities we needed. The rooms were clean, modern, and had beautiful views of the harbor and Yokohama Bay. We loved the convenience of having two Family Marts inside the hotel, as well as the various restaurants and spa. The daily restocked amenities were a nice touch, and the Japanese-style buffet breakfast allowed us to try local dishes. The hotel's location was perfect, especially for our group of photographers, as it offered a great view of the sea.
