This hotel is located in a quiet area, right beside the beautiful Shinjuku park, making it the perfect location for a peaceful stay in the city center. The staff is attentive and provides excellent service. The rooms are well-equipped with all the essentials and have a view of the park nearby. The double bed pushed up against three walls allows for maximum space, even with our bags right next to the bed. Additionally, breakfast is included, adding even more value to our stay.

I was pleasantly surprised by this place. The location is great, situated in a peaceful neighborhood with a beautiful park nearby, yet still right in the heart of the city center with numerous restaurants and transport options nearby. The staff were friendly and helpful, and I appreciated the various room amenities such as heating and air conditioning, soundproofed rooms, and a flat-screen TV with numerous channels. Additionally, the leisure facilities were a nice touch, with a spa and wellness center that includes a jacuzzi and massage services.

This place is highly recommended for families, but it may not be suitable for those looking for larger rooms or for staff to assist with making restaurant reservations. Nonetheless, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here and would definitely come back again.

This hotel is perfectly situated near several train stations, making it easy to travel around. It's just a short walk to both the Shinjuku JR station and the Ginjuku station. The rooms are cozy and modern, with comfortable beds and clean bathrooms. The staff is welcoming and accommodating, always ready to provide helpful recommendations. Plus, there's a fantastic Japanese bath in the basement!

The lobby of the hotel can feel a bit crowded at times, making it hard to navigate.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! the location of Apa Hotel Shinjuku Gyoemmae was just perfect for us. It was very close to central Shinjuku, just a 5-10 minute walk away, which made it easy for us to explore the bustling streets and access the metro stations. the staff were incredibly helpful and polite, and they spoke English well. We also loved the onsen in the basement, which was a great way to relax after a long day of exploring. And we appreciated the daily room turnover service, keeping our room clean and fresh. a wonderful experience.

The location is fantastic, just a two-minute walk from the Shinjuku Gyoemmae station. The Marunouchi line takes you to Tokyo station in only 15 minutes. I loved that there were so many convenience stores and eateries right outside. Despite the small rooms, the onsen in the basement is fantastic. I had a great stay at Apa Hotel Shinjuku Gyoemmae.

Great location near Shinjuku station and the subway. Room was spacious with all necessary amenities included. Impeccably clean, felt brand new. Free onsen on site for relaxation. Overall excellent value for price.

The hotel had great complementary amenities that made our stay more enjoyable, like a spa and a microwave in the basement. the location was superb, within walking distance to various shops, restaurants, and bars. We also enjoyed the proximity to a beautiful public park where we spent a lot of time.

The staff was not very helpful and did not provide much assistance when it came to recommendations on things to do or places to see. the rooms were quite small and cramped, which made it hard to relax and unwind after a long day of exploring.
