The noise from the square outside was unbearable!!! It echoed through even the 12th floor!!! Room temperature control was inadequate, stuck on heat during winter!!! No laundry machines on site made it inconvenient for longer stays!!!

I was simply shocked at the poor soundproofing, completely ruining my sleep. How can a hotel in Tokyo be so noisy? The elevators took ages, making my frantic exit even worse. I woudl ve been pleased with some extra attention or a room upgrade as a special gesture for my trouble, but clearly, that's too much to expect.

Consider requesting an extra water bottle upon check-in, as daily replenishment is not offered as standard. The area is lively but can feel overwhelming for some.

I particularly appreciated the public bath on 28, which was a delightful way to unwind after a long day of sightseeing. The clean, cozy rooms were just the perfect fit for a city visit!

Wi-fi was fast, 24-hour reception helpful with luggage storage. Room was tiny.

The location couldn't be better, right in the bustling heart of Shinjuku with easy access to countless restaurants and shopping options. While the room was small, it was clean and well-stocked with amenities. I appreciated the thoughtful color-coded toiletries, although soundproofing could use some improvement.

Checked in using a self-service terminal, real easy and smooth you know. The bathroom was stocked well and had this amazing big blue sign saying the tap water was drinkable, I refilled my bottle from the welcome gift, that was a nice touch.

It wasn’t exactly cheap but it was still acceptable given the location.

But my, oh my, the room was so tiny I nearly had to use a map just to find the bathroom! And don't even get me started on the elevator waits—30 minutes felt like forever in a never-ending game of musical chairs!
