Incredible value for money and great location near Shin-Osaka station. The rooms may be small, but they are well-organized with a big screen TV, double bed, and a working desk. The staff promptly replaced uncomfortable pillows upon request. The water pressure in the shower is fantastic. I highly recommend this hotel for budget-conscious travelers looking for a convenient stay in Osaka.

The hotel was situated near a train station which was very convenient for exploring the area. the check in process was quick and the staff was friendly. the room was comfortable with a big TV in front of the bed and a clean bathroom.

The internet in the hotel was atrocious. It was so slow that it was barely usable - definitely not suitable for streaming or even just browsing the web.

Close to shin-Osaka station, convenient for day trips. Metro access to central Osaka. Friendly and helpful staff. Clean rooms with fresh towels and toiletries replenished daily.
