English-speaking staff, helpful. Great hot spring and Onsen facilities. Large, luxurious rooms with comfortable beds and linen. Bigger than expected, great view facing illuminations. Spectacular views of Mt Myoko. Good infrastructure, illuminations, golf course and hot springs. Convenient free shuttle service. Spotless clean room, comfy bed, quiet, wonderful shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Free shuttle bus from Joetsymyoko JR station. Great selection of breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff, efficient check-in and check-out process. Great Wi-Fi access. Illumination Park event recommended.

Nice view of the mountain and comfortable rooms. the hot spring facility was relaxing and clean. the hotel provides a free shuttle bus from the train station, which made it easy to get to.

Limited dining options and a lack of staff. the hotel seemed run-down and not well-maintained.
