Excellent service, friendly staff, provided umbrellas, gave a ride to the station, and even gave a parting gift. Wonderful onsen, stunning view. Comfortable beds, free parking, lactose intolerance accommodation, easy check-in/check-out. Yukata, aircon, mini-fridge in room. Delicious traditional breakfast with tofu and vegetables. Spacious room with nice view. Good location for volcano and kusasenri. Fair price.

The beds were comfortable and the traditional breakfast was delicious, with lots of options to suit different dietary needs. We also appreciated the free parking and easy check-in/check-out procedures. the location was good, as it was close to a few key tourist attractions and had a nice view from our room.

The hotel could use some updates, as the onsen was a bit outdated and had a strange odor. some aspects of the room were not up to par, with a musty smell in some areas and worn furniture.

I recently had a fantastic stay at a hotel located in a rural suburb in a country town with stunning views of Mt Aso. The location was perfect, as it was quite close to the volcano and other nearby attractions. The staff at this hotel were extremely attentive and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. They were always available to answer any questions we had and even provided us with umbrellas on a rainy day. The rooms were spacious and offered a beautiful view of Mt Aso. Additionally, the breakfast provided was delicious and exceeded our expectations. I was highly impressed with the attention to detail, the friendly service, and the basic amenities provided at this hotel.
