We were pleasantly surprised by the spacious rooms at Villa Park Hotel & Spa Resort. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was modern and clean. We also enjoyed the buffet spread during breakfast and dinner, with a good selection of dishes. The restaurant staff were courteous and friendly, and the gentleman at the entrance was welcoming. The onsen and indoor pool were a great addition to our stay, providing relaxation and rejuvenation. The hotel's location near the station made it convenient for exploring the area. we had a good experience and would recommend this hotel. Overall I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable stay with good amenities.

The hotel is conveniently located within a short walking distance from Aso JR station, making it easy to access for travelers. I have to mention the fantastic in-house Korean BBQ shop. The quality and taste of the food was outstanding. The staff at the hotel were attentive and provided excellent service, making our stay even more enjoyable. The rooms were well-maintained and had the basic amenities we needed, including a TV for entertainment.

Great staff but not much else. the staff were very helpful and friendly. the location was also very good, close to a train station and convenience stores nearby. Another positive point was the size of the rooms which were much bigger than other places I have stayed at.

Needs improvements in maintenance and cleanliness. the hotel itself was a letdown, mostly in need of maintenance and a good cleaning.

Very friendly staff, great for kids, variety of hot springs and pools, free laundry service if you bring soap, delicious food choices for breakfast and dinner.

We stayed at a hotel in Aso, which was conveniently located within walking distance of Aso JR station. The hotel had a fantastic in-house Korean BBQ shop, where we enjoyed a delicious dinner. We also found a nice sushi restaurant along the main street. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the bathroom was clean and modern. The staff were friendly and tried their best to assist us, despite their limited English skills. The breakfast buffet offered a variety of choices, including both Japanese and Western options. the hotel provided a pleasant experience with its convenient location and enjoyable dining options.

We did notice that the hotel could benefit from some updates and renovations in certain areas.
