The rooftop facilities offered a lovely experience with the open-air bath tubs and sauna. It was a great way to relax during my city break. The upgrade to a better room was much appreciated and offered a quiet, clean, and comfortable space for me during my stay. the location was ideal as it was easily accessible to key areas in the city.

While the common bathroom was alright, it did feel a bit cramped with four people in the room. It's possible that if there were more people it may have felt even more crowded.

Great location near the train station. Enjoyed the onsen and sauna. Lots of delicious local food options nearby. Got a pleasant surprise with a room upgrade. The rooftop bathing facilities were relaxing.

The location of the hotel is really convenient, as it is close to Juso station and just a short walk away from the JR station. There are also lost & found facilities at the JR station and a variety of shops and restaurants in the nearby mall. For food lovers, there are two excellent takoyaki spots close by that shouldn't be missed.

Some may find the area a bit uncomfortable due to its proximity to a "pink" area, which is a mild red light district.
