I had a great stay at this hotel. The staff were super friendly and very understanding. They even canceled my extra night without any penalty, which was really helpful. The room and bathroom were clean and well-equipped, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. The location was also great, with easy access to the downtown area and plenty of small cafes and restaurants nearby. Plus, the breakfast options in the immediate vicinity were fantastic.

No negative aspects were mentioned, everything was perfect.

During my Xmas stay, two things stood out - the hotel's accessible room for wheelchair-bound travelers and the convenient location. Despite being in a bustling area, the hotel was easy to find and near many cafes and restaurants. the complimentary breakfast spread was quite good.

The hotel room was quite small and had a lingering smell of paint. some of the staff lacked English language proficiency, which made communication a bit challenging.
