This hotel is a hidden gem with breathtaking ocean views. From the moment we arrived, the staff were friendly and helpful, making us feel immediately at home. The rooms, although not yet renovated, were spacious and had a unique Asian charm. The price was extremely reasonable, especially considering the unbeatable location right next to the sea shore. Breakfast was also a highlight, offering a variety of delicious options to start the day.

No aspects need improvement, everything was perfect.

The view was nice and could see the beach from the room, it was a good location near the water park, and the hot spring was great for relaxation.

The breakfast wasn't very good, it seemed like they didn't put much effort into it, and it was quite noisy as it was located right next to a main road. The hotel staff weren't very helpful either, and it was difficult to communicate with them since they didn't speak much English.

Positive aspects of the stay at Atami Seaside Spa & Resort: Good location, just in front of Sunbeach. Nearby bus stop for easy transportation. Big and comfortable room. Included breakfast was very good. Stunning view of the sea and promenade. Great onsen facilities. Helpful and friendly staff. Manager went above and beyond for guests.
