Convenient location near Tokoname station, just a short walk to Chubu International airport. Spacious and clean rooms. Public bath available in the basement. Close to train station with tourist information booth and opportunities for pottery walking tour. Helpful staff willing to store luggage and accept deliveries.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location couldn't have been better, as it was just across the street from the train station. It made getting to and from the airport a breeze. The staff here was amazing, always welcoming and friendly. They were always available to help and even spoke English, which made things even easier. The room was spacious and comfortable, perfect for my family. We slept great on the comfortable beds after a long flight. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with a wide variety of choices. I especially enjoyed the mix of Japanese and Western dishes. this place exceeded my expectations in terms of location, service, and comfort.

I would highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

Christmas vacation at this hotel was great! We loved the free parking and the location near the mall for last minute shopping. The breakfast offered a great variety and the views from the top floor were amazing.

The walls were a bit thin, so we could hear some noises from the hallway. the onsen was crowded during our stay and we had to wait a bit for our turn.
