Confusing late check-out process.

We loved staying at this boutique hotel right next to Beppu station. The location was super convenient, with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. The room was clean and cozy, with a comfortable bed and a well-decorated bathroom. The staff provided excellent service and were always helpful and friendly. The breakfast buffet offered a variety of delicious options. Plus, we enjoyed using the complimentary smartphone throughout our stay.

We were a bit disappointed that the view from our room was blocked by a double layer window that couldn't be opened.

Comfortable stay, enough room for large luggages. We stayed for 7 nights in a double room. The air-conditioning and WiFi worked perfectly. The hotel was very clean and had an air purifier/humidifier in the room. The staff were nice and the breakfast was tasty. The hotel location was convenient near the main station. I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable stay.

The hotel's location near the JR station and bus station was also a major plus, making it convenient for exploring the area. I had a great experience staying at Daiiti hotel in Beppu. The senior staff were very professional and tried their best to provide excellent service, despite their lower English proficiency. It was impressive to see the hotel employing older employees. The younger staff were also friendly and passionate. The location was very convenient, with a convenient store, food options, train station, taxi stand. The room was clean and well-equipped with all the necessary facilities. I also appreciated that they offered luggage storage after check-out. The cleanliness of the bath was especially important, as Beppu is a hot spring district.

Our room had a slight cigarette smoke smell coming from the bathroom, possibly from a shared exhaust system. the toilet was also quite small in size.
