I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. the bed in my room was incredibly comfortable, big, and perfect for a good night's sleep. the bathroom was spacious and had a nice bathtub, which was a pleasant surprise. the staff at the front desk, especially the older receptionist on Sunday, were friendly and helpful. the location of the hotel was ideal, with Akasaka station just a short 4-minute walk away. There were also plenty of places to eat and drink in the area, catering to different budgets. a great stay at Best Western Hotel Fino.

My stay at Best Western was excellent. The location was perfect, with plenty of restaurants and multiple train stations nearby. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful, allowing us to store our luggage before and after check-in. I also recommend visiting Tokyo Little House Cafe for a great cup of coffee. a highly recommended hotel with a great location and comfortable accommodations.

We also enjoyed the complementary coffee and tea available in the lobby and the restaurant nearby served excellent food.

the staff's level of customer care left something to be desired, with a lack of willingness to assist with simple requests and a tendency to give off a negative attitude.
