The location was perfect, with everything we needed within reach - transportation, shopping, dining. We especially loved the convenience of the airport limousine bus stop right next door. the staff were friendly and went above and beyond to assist us. the room was comfortable and clean, providing a cozy stay. We were delighted to find a Starbucks right in the hotel, and across the street, there was a Lawsons for any last-minute needs. our experience was 5-star and we highly recommend this hotel in Nagoya.

We had a great stay at this centrally located hotel in Nagoya. the rooms were larger than average and very clean. the staff was friendly and helpful, and we appreciated the good wifi signal. the breakfast in the basement was decent, but we found even better pancakes at a nearby restaurant called Mrs Heart.

The room at this hotel was spacious enough for a comfortable stay during our romantic escape. The queen size bed was a pleasant surprise and provided a good night's sleep. The location of the hotel was ideal, as it was within walking distance to the Sakae area, offering easy access to shopping, restaurants, and entertainment. the staff at the reception and breakfast area were friendly and accommodating.

The cleanliness of the room was a letdown, as it was dusty and made it uncomfortable to breathe. We understand that this can be subjective, but it would have been preferable if the room was better maintained.

stayed in nagoya again, but this time for a golf trip. nagoya's central location was incredible, we walked or took the train everywhere with ease. the hotel was clean, comfy, and had everything we needed. loved the variety of restaurants on the same street, and having a starbucks right there was a cozy touch.

Check-in process could've been smoother.

I recently had a great stay at a hotel in the Sakae commercial district. The location was excellent, surrounded by numerous eating options and close to the Sakae subway station. It was really convenient to explore the city from there. The rooms were comfortable, with amenities and towels provided. I had a double bed and a sofa bed in the room, making it perfect for a small family like mine. Additionally, the hotel offered breakfast at the Starbucks downstairs, which was a nice treat in the morning.

All in all, my experience at this hotel was fantastic.
