As a young family, we loved the family room with its functional design and amenities like a bathtub and separate toilet. The fold-away dining table was a bonus. The hotel rate was competitive, and the room was new and included breakfast.

The hotel is conveniently located near the airport, with only a short 5-10 minute walk from the train station and a 2 minute walk from the bus stop. the staff went out of their way to accommodate us, ensuring that our rooms were as close as possible. the beds were spacious and comfortable, providing a good night's sleep. the breakfast served at the hotel was absolutely delicious. We also appreciated the convenience of having a coin laundry on-site. Mr Y. Takashima at the front desk was particularly accommodating and helpful. If we find ourselves visiting Hokkaido again, we will definitely choose to stay at this hotel.

As foreign tourists, we were thrilled to find that the hotel was conveniently located near Chitose station and surrounded by restaurants, including Munchies Smoke where we had a delicious dinner. The room was comfortable with a nice shower, and the hotel offered great value for money at less than 80 EUR for a 4-star hotel. The taxi fare to the domestic terminal was surprisingly affordable, adding to the overall convenience of the location.

As a light sleeper, I appreciated the separated WC from the main shower and bathroom. The room was comfortable and had a cute tub. The hotel provided an air fresher machine for nighttime dryness prevention. Comfy pajamas were also provided.

Considering the quality, we found the price of less than 80 eur for one night to be a very good value for a 4-star hotel. getting to the domestic terminal was easier than expected, with a taxi ride costing less than 2000 yen.

I recently stayed at Best Western Plus Hotel Fino for three nights during my visit to Hokkaido. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the train station and there was a convenience store right across the hotel. The room was surprisingly spacious for a Japanese business hotel and even had an air purifier. I also appreciated the cleanliness of the hotel, especially during breakfast where the staff ensured everything was sanitized. The breakfast buffet had a variety of food options, with some already pre portioned and covered for hygiene. I had a comfortable and enjoyable stay at this hotel.

We were delighted by our stay at this hotel. The Japanese style quadruple room perfectly accommodated our family of four with a toddler. The room was new, clean, and spacious with two sinks and a partition between the bedroom and bathroom. The beds were comfortable, and the staff communicated well in English. We appreciated their help in storing our frozen cake. Breakfast was good, and the buffet was kept clean and sanitized. The hotel's location was central and close to convenience stores. we'd recommend this hotel.

We had a great stay at this hotel located very close to the airport. The hotel is surrounded by many famous restaurants, cafes and convenience stores, making it convenient for those with early morning flights. The rooms were very spacious by Japanese standards, with comfortable beds and enough charging sockets. The staff were very helpful and provided good service, while the breakfast was tasty.

We also appreciated the complimentary tokens, especially since it was our romantic escape. the hotel's location was quite convenient, with nearby restaurants and shopping centers. It was quite difficult to park as the attendance space provided is limited so we had to park further away and carry our luggage along with us to the hotel. Though the guidance provided by the staff was insufficient, it felt like a challenge to get parking at all.
