As our last hotel in Japan, we chose Bna Wall as a fun and memorable experience. The room decor was hilarious and comfortable, with creative decorations that quickly grew on us. The staff, fluent in English, were delightful and took great care of our luggage. The first impression was fantastic, with warm and welcoming staff offering complimentary drinks while our room was prepared. The room and bathroom were clean and exactly as presented on the website. The highlight was the PLAY WALL/ROOM, an inspiring space with different designs on each wall that stimulated our imagination. The location was perfect, centrally located yet on a quiet street near amazing eateries.

Can't recommend highly enough this hotel.

The hotel had a 24-hour front desk, which was convenient when I needed assistance in the middle of the night. The shared lounge was a nice place to relax and meet other guests. The luggage storage saved me from lugging my bags around the city.

I absolutely adored the inconsistent WiFi connection. Who needs stable internet when you can play a game of "Will it load or won't it?

Disfruté muchísimo de la zona de desayunos, que estaba junto a una de las piscinas. Las instalaciones del hotel eran excelentes, y las hamacas eran muy cómodas. También me encantó la zona de relax con sofás y sillones, donde pude tomar algo tranquilamente tanto en el interior como en el exterior del hotel. La ubicación era también fantástica, ya que estaba muy cerca de la playa y cerca de los centros comerciales.

As someone who wants to be in direct touch with nature, I loved the beautiful and stylish design of The Daytime dream suite. The bathroom provided plenty of comfort and privacy. The hotel lobby was also beautifully designed. The staff were helpful and friendly, offering welcome drinks and safekeeping our luggage. The hotel's location near Mitsukoshimae Station and its proximity to shops, restaurants, and even drink vending machines was very convenient.

Felt truly spoilt, no complaints whatsoever.

The hotel we stayed at was a perfect location for our romantic getaway. We were able to walk to many popular sites, and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. Our favorite part of the experience was definitely the unique and beautiful design of each room. We stayed in two different rooms and each one felt like a one-of-a-kind experience! the hotel was very eco-friendly which was a bonus for us.

While we loved the overall experience, we did wish that there had been more options for coffee in the rooms. We had a kettle and cups but no option for pour-over coffee which we were really hoping for.
