Hard and lumpy pillows could be better!!! More laundry powder should be provided for longer stays!!! The QR code system for replenishing toiletries did not work properly!!! An iron would be a welcome addition!!!

It was just a prime choice for a whistle-stop in Osaka with reasonable value. The studio had a decent kitchenette which helped us prepare quick meals for our family. Remember to bring your own toiletries since they don't replenish them regularly.
