The location is central and convenient, with easy access to Osaka/Umeda stations. The Nakazaki-cho area is filled with interesting shops and restaurants, making it a delightful place to explore. The modern building and facilities, such as the ceiling-mounted dehumidifier in the bathroom, add to the comfort of the stay. The presence of a supermarket at the base of the building is a huge convenience, especially with its late opening hours.

Felt incredibly welcomed and had nothing to complain about.

The location was great, in a quiet street close to the train station, which made it easy for us to explore the city. , the hotel had a binder with clear instructions on how to use everything in the room. we appreciated the ease of finding the hotel due to its clear signage.

Some aspects of the hotel were not as pleasant. The view from the balcony wasn't the best, and the bed was extremely hard.

We had a superb stay at Bon Condominium Umeda! The rooms were new, spacious, and well-planned. The cleanliness was outstanding, and the location was very convenient. We loved the nearby restaurants, coffee shops, and convenience stores. The proximity to Osaka-Umeda Station made it easy for us to travel around. Best value for money!

The room was a bit small for four people, and the mattress for the double bed was uncomfortable. There were also some minor issues, like a leak in the toilet floor and a fallen wooden panel in the toilet.
