I recently stayed at this hotel in Ikebukuro and it was a delightful experience. The concept of having a reading room with crash facilities was unique and perfect for book lovers like me. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the atmosphere of the hotel was calming and quiet. The location was also great, with easy access to the Yamanote circle line and nearby shops and restaurants. I highly recommend this hotel for a unique and enjoyable stay.

The location is mind-blowingly close to the station and restaurants/convenience stores, making it super convenient for exploring the city. The quirky atmosphere with people staying up late reading adds a unique and vibrant vibe to the place. Plus, the comfortable beds and freedom to roam around freely in the space to read or relax on the sofa were jaw-droppingly awesome. The cleanliness of the toilets and showers, along with the provision of shampoo, made it a super pleasant stay. And the cherry on top? The free wi-fi!

As trekkers and a group of friends, we loved the cozy atmosphere and interesting selection of books at this hostel. The lounge area and book room provided a great place to relax and unwind after a busy day. The location was convenient, with easy access to the Ikebukuro station and nearby attractions. The adjacent Owl cafe and coffee shops were a bonus, and the wifi speed was good.

I stayed at Book And Bed for a few nights and it was a wonderful experience. The location in Ikebukuro is great - away from the tourist crowds but still convenient. The cozy bunk beds didn't feel claustrophobic at all, and the unique concept of sleeping among books was perfect for a book lover like me. The interior design was beautiful and the common area was comfortable and relaxing. The staff even served delicious traditional food on New Year's Day, which was a thoughtful gesture. Highly recommended!

I had an enjoyable experience during my New Year stay. the staff was very friendly and could communicate with us in English. the location of the hotel was great, as it was conveniently located near the train station and bus stop which made it easy to explore the city. I also loved the cozy and modern ambiance of the hotel, it was clean and quiet.

There were a few negative aspects during my stay. I wished that the bed had already been fitted with bed sheets instead of having to put them on myself in such a small space.

The staff is super helpful and friendly, and they speak great English. The hostel provides hairdryers and supplies shampoo, body wash, and conditioner. There's a lift to make it easier to get to the floors. The location is convenient with lots of bars and stores nearby. The best part is that the bus from Haneda airport drops you right across from the hostel!

I felt very lucky during my stay and had no reason to complain.

the capsules were nice and cozy, and the collection of books was quite interesting, especially for Japanese book lovers. the place was very clean, and the location right next to the metro line was perfect for exploring the important parts of the city. the staff was friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. we had everything we needed at our doorstep and would definitely stay here again if we're in the area.
