The staff was friendly and helpful, providing excellent recommendations for places to visit. The hotel facilities were clean and met all my needs. The location was great, within walking distance to popular attractions and near public transportation. The atmosphere was unique and cozy, with the option to read by the large windows overlooking the city or nestled in my own bed in the shelf.

The atmosphere at this unique hostel/capsule hotel was truly wonderful. It had a cozy and laid-back vibe, perfect for bookworms like myself. I loved the concept of sleeping in a bookshelf, it felt like camping in a library. The staff were friendly, attentive, and spoke good English, which made my stay even more enjoyable. The location was excellent, right in the heart of the city with plenty of restaurants and attractions nearby.

The lack of free towels and toiletries, but they were available for purchase at an affordable price. Another minor inconvenience was the ambient music playing until 11 pm, which could be a bit bothersome if you wanted to go to bed early.

We had the best stay at this hostel! The ambience was peaceful and cosy, creating a relaxing atmosphere for us. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, especially Lico san who went above and beyond by arranging an early bicycle rental for us. The cleanliness of the entire hostel was impeccable, making our stay even more comfortable. The hotel's location in the Gion district was excellent, allowing us to easily explore this interesting area on foot. we highly recommend this hostel for its wonderful atmosphere, helpful staff, cleanliness, and great location.
