In-room onsen, tasty dinner, comfortable rooms and beds, friendly staff, private dining experience.

All was perfect.

This hotel is conveniently located right next to the main bus line, making it easy to travel to Sapporo airport as well as Sapporo JR station. It is also within walking distance to all the Hell Valley attractions. The common area of the hotel is well maintained and provides a comfortable space for guests to relax.

the room was spacious and had exclusive amenities, like the in-room hot spring bath. the restaurant was exquisite, serving fresh seafood courses beautifully arranged. the private facilities were outstanding and the lounge had free drinks. the service was impeccable and very attentive.

The only minor issue was the lack of variety on the menu, as it was fixed by the chef, but overall the experience was great. the location was a bit remote, but there were nearby attractions like the "Shikotsu-Toya National Park" & "Noboribetsu Bear Park".

The hotel room was spacious and modern, with new amenities and a private hallway for shoes and slippers. the highlight was the in-room onsen, which had fresh hot spring water and could easily fit two people. the hotel also offered a free shuttle service to and from the airport.

The staff had limited English-language skills and the menu for the food was only available in Japanese, which made communication and ordering difficult. the hotel was located in a secluded area, which made it challenging to find alternative dining options or activities to do in the evening hours.
