I had a fabulous stay at a hotel located just a walk away from the center of the town and train station. The location was excellent, especially since the hospital was just a 10-minute walk away. The hotel staff were extremely helpful and provided excellent service. I also enjoyed the lovely deep bath and the amazing water pressure in the shower. The bed was really comfortable, and I slept well with the dark curtains. The breakfast provided heaps of variety to suit all tastes and needs, and I was especially happy with the Japanese-style breakfast option. I highly recommend this hotel for a great location and comfortable stay.

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel! The location was perfect, nestled in a quiet area with a beautiful park in front. It was right in the center of the Japanese Alps, making it a great base for exploring the surrounding area. The service provided was top-notch, with friendly and helpful staff at our disposal. The room was spacious and well-appointed, with all the amenities we could ask for including a mini-bar, ironing facilities, and a comfortable sitting area.

Spent Christmas at a hotel in Matsumoto and had a wonderful experience. the hotel was located within walking distance of the main attractions, making it easy to explore the area. the breakfast served every morning had a variety of foods to choose from that satisfied everyone, and the panoramic views in the morning were amazing. Plus, the concierge service was exceptional and helped with all of our needs.

The rooms were a bit small and crowded, even for Japan. the bathroom was a bit outdated and had a sewer smell.
