This hotel exceeded my expectations in so many ways. the value for money was incredible, especially considering the prime location in the bustling shopping gallery. The attention to detail in the elegant and spotlessly clean rooms was commendable, and the views of the castle at sundown were simply breathtaking. Additionally, the friendly and helpful staff made me feel welcome throughout my stay. Finally, the wide selection of foods at breakfast, served with a great view over the city, was the perfect start to each day.

All was simply perfect, no complaints at all.

The hotel had a free hot bath on the top floor, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring the city. The room was spacious with a nice view of the city, including the Matsuyama Castle. The hotel's location was great, being centrally located in a busy area. The hotel itself was stylish and clean, adding to the overall pleasant stay. The breakfast had a variety of choices and the view from the dining area was spectacular. I would highly recommend staying at this chic hotel in the heart of Matsuyama.

The rooms are spacious and clean, providing all necessary amenities. The breakfast buffet offers a wide selection of Japanese and Western options, with a stunning view across the city. Guests can also enjoy a relaxing onsen on the top floor, with both indoor and outdoor settings available.

The hotel's reception being located on the top floor may make navigation a bit confusing for some guests.

The breakfast was decent and filling. the bed was comfortable for cuddling. the view from the room was a great way to wake up in the morning and was perfect for watching the sunset. the location was also great; we were close to several restaurants, shopping, and attractions. the onsen was relaxing and not crowded, and we enjoyed the sauna.

The room was very small and had no closet. the bathroom felt cramped and the shower was difficult to operate.
