I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel. The location couldn't have been better, right in the heart of the city center. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. They were knowledgeable, friendly, and spoke excellent English, making communication a breeze. The level of service was outstanding, from the prompt check-in and checkout process to the attentive housekeeping and room amenities. The free Wi-Fi in the rooms was fast and reliable, allowing me to stay connected throughout my stay. The dining options were excellent, with a delicious buffet breakfast that was a must-try. The spa and wellness center provided a perfect relaxation retreat, with a sauna, swimming pool, and jacuzzi. this place exceeded my expectations in every way.

I highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

Spent Easter weekend at a fancy hotel with great location next to a train station. the breakfast buffet offered plenty of options to choose from and the sky spa offered an amazing view. the hotel was clean and comfortable. the staff was friendly and willing to assist with any question.

The hotel lacked a dinner option, but there were plenty of restaurants around. Parking was a bit challenging, but thankfully I found a nearby spot.

The location of the hotel is incredibly convenient, being just a few minutes away from both the bus and train stations. It is also in an underrated place, providing easy access to various attractions and areas such as Nara and Osaka. The staff is extremely courteous and helpful, delivering excellent service. The rooms are well-furnished with everything needed, and some even have a nice view of the city and hills. The hotel features a lovely rooftop spa, providing a relaxing experience for guests.

There were some minor maintenance issues such as a wobbly faucet in the bathroom sink and a stain on the sofa.
