the set-up was well-organized, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Despite the high number of guests, the facilities were kept very clean. the hotel also had a 24-hour reception, a sento , and even provided pajamas to wear. It was a comfortable and convenient experience, especially for someone like me who had never stayed in a capsule hotel before.
