De kamers waren zeer net en goed ingericht met moderne faciliteiten zoals koffie en thee. De badkamer was natuurlijk erg schoon en functioneerde goed. De verwarming werkte prima. Het ontbijt was heerlijk met vers gebakken brood, huisgemaakte confituren, verse sappen en verse thee. De locatie van het hotel was rustig en dichtbij Hasselt-centrum, niet ver van de snelweg en het treinstation.

Niets om aan te merken, alles was top.

The breakfast options were well thought out and the restaurant staff went above and beyond to assist us. The hotel's top floor bar had a relaxed atmosphere and offered breathtaking views. The location was fantastic, close to Shibuya station and surrounded by a variety of cafes and restaurants. a great experience for young families.

The rooms, although small, had comfortable beds and offered lovely city views, especially at night. The staff were very efficient and polite, making my stay enjoyable. The hotel also provided convenient access to department stores and restaurants within walking distance. I highly recommend this hotel.

Absolutely beautiful hotel. Expensive yes, but you get what you pay for. The staff is incredibly helpful and goes above and beyond. The location is convenient, and the room was clean and comfortable. The view from the room was breathtaking, and the bath was amazing. Loved the smart phone provided by the hotel. Will definitely recommend to friends and family.

The hotel offered a convenient location, just a short walk from the subway and railway stations. The room size was perfect for my romantic escape, and I appreciated the comfortable bed and pillows. The shower was excellent, with great water pressure and temperature control.

I was disappointed to discover that I had to pay extra to use the pool and gym facilities. It would have been nice to have access included in the room rate.

I had a truly luxurious experience staying at Cerulean Tower Tokyu Hotel, A Pan Pacific Partner. The hotel itself is stunning, with impressive facilities that made me feel like a VIP. The rooms were spacious and impeccably clean, and the view from my window was absolutely breathtaking. The hotel staff were friendly and spoke excellent English, making communication a breeze. I especially appreciated their help in finding a compatible charger for my devices. The location was perfect, with Shibuya Station just a short walk away. The availability of taxis 24/7 was also a huge plus. I loved the convenience of having a 7Eleven on the second floor. the quality of this hotel was definitely worth the price.

Although the hotel had many positives, there were a few drawbacks. The restaurants and bars were quite expensive, even in comparison to American prices, and the breakfast buffet did not meet our expectations for the price.

Perfect location for exploring Tokyo, with nearby traditional Japanese restaurants. The room had excellent views of both the Skytree and Tokyo Tower, and was spacious compared to other Japanese hotels. The breakfast was fantastic and the staff were attentive and helpful. The option to rent a pocket wifi was a great investment for first-time Tokyo visitors.

We were delighted with our stay at Cerulean Tower Tokyu Hotel. The spacious and beautiful bathroom made us feel like royalty, and the bedroom had plenty of space for our belongings. While we didn't get the iconic Mt. Fuji view, the large clean window still offered a great view. we had a comfortable and enjoyable experience.

As youngsters, we absolutely loved the central location of the hotel. It was perfect for exploring Tokyo, with easy access to the JR and walking distance to amazing food options and convenience stores. We also enjoyed the option of late-night activities to combat our jet lag. The staff were incredibly helpful, even assisting us with forwarding our luggage to Osaka. The club rooms were worth the money, offering free champagne and a delicious breakfast. The views from the hotel were stunning, and we may have even caught a glimpse of Mt. Fuji!
