Our stay at Chalet Burlap was fantastic. The host, Adrian, went above and beyond to make our experience memorable. He even helped us get our favorite cheesecake and pudding from a closed shop. The beds were incredibly comfortable and the onsen was the perfect temperature for relaxation. The staff were polite and attentive. I highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful stay.

The rooms are spacious and well-equipped, with adjustable air conditioning and consistent hot water in the bathrooms. The staff is friendly and helpful, offering services such as luggage storage and a ride to the station. The breakfast provided is delicious, and there is even a common area with a piano, guitar, and TV to relax in.

One downside is that there is no drying room and the ski storage is not secure.

We loved the spacious and comfortable cottage, impeccably clean and perfect for 3 adults. The friendly staff and welcome drinks made us feel very welcome. The delicious breakfast, including a separate plate of cooked food, was a great start to the day. The location was ideal, with good restaurants and bars nearby. The facilities, like the spa, were well-furnished and relaxing.

There was nothing I didn't like.

Had a good time on Christmas at this hotel. the cosy lobby with a big TV and free drinks was a nice way to start the stay. the staff were very friendly and helpful in answering questions about the area. the location was perfect being within walking distance to the ski area. Loved the onsen and sauna, they were a great way to relax after a day of activities.

The rooms were not as clean as we would have liked, with some areas looking a bit worn. the pillows provided were flat and uncomfortable.
