the exclusive amenities provided were beyond our expectations. the full body massage at the Spa & wellness centre was simply amazing. the garden area offered a peaceful and calm environment which was perfect for us to unwind. the high-quality service provided by the staff was remarkable. the special diet menus fulfilled our dietary needs. the private facilities in our room added an exclusive touch.

There was only one minor issue. the hot spring bath was a bit crowded and we had to wait for some time before we could enjoy it.

Food was great and staff were helpful. the view was amazing with beautiful snow. the hotel was in a key location, close to other fun New Year’s celebrations. the facilities and amenities were very modern.

I wish I could say the same about the room. the radiator would not turn off so the room was too hot.

My recent stay at Chalet Ivy in Jozankei was absolutely exceptional. The staff went above and beyond to make my experience unforgettable. The dinner was incredibly delicious, and the manager even offered to drive us to a nearby light festival in the rain. The room was beautifully decorated and had a lovely outdoor space. Additionally, the breakfasts were outstanding. I highly recommend this hotel.

Beautifully decorated, simple and comfortable rooms with extended outside spaces. Friendly and fast staff provided excellent breakfasts. Delicious dinners and exceptionally attentive managers who offered to drive us to a light festival. Incredible facilities and sublime view.
