Our recent stay at this hotel in Hirafu was fantastic. the staff was incredibly accommodating and provided excellent vegan breakfast options upon request. the cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the cozy room added a luxurious touch to our stay. the location was convenient, with easy access to both the town's commercial street and the ski resort. Additionally, the onsen facilities were well-equipped, and the buffet breakfast was delicious, offering a variety of options to suit all preferences.

I had a fantastic stay at a charming hotel with a perfect location. The staff at Chalet Ivy went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable, from picking me up at the Welcome Center to helping me with my luggage. The hotel itself was modern and clean, with spacious and comfortable rooms. The breakfast buffet offered a great variety of Japanese and Western-style food, and the dinner at the hotel was delicious and reasonably priced. The hotel also provided a shuttle service to the ski lifts, making it convenient for my snowboarding trip. I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the area.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel in Niseko! The location is perfect, being just a stone's throw away from the Hirafu welcome centre and the ski lifts. The room was spacious and clean, with a luxurious bathroom and all the amenities I needed. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast buffet was fantastic. I even had the opportunity to relax in the onsen after a long day on the slopes. I also enjoyed the cozy lounge area with a fireplace. it was a truly comfortable and convenient experience.

The check-in process was a bit rigid, having to wait until exactly 3pm to get the room key.

Returning for city break. First stay memorable with helpful tips. Perfect fit: Wi-Fi, Free parking, 24-hour reception, Fitness center, Massage, Ski services. Lack pets, no smoking. Everything needed: Dining, Lounge, Welcome drink, Shuttle, Laundry. Repetitive choice with no regrets.

Great location, spacious rooms, stylish design. On-site onsen is a bit small but not crowded. Free shuttle bus to the ski area, Main Street, and train station. Polite and helpful drivers. Good breakfast with many choices. Close to restaurants and supermarkets.

During my thanksgiving in this hotel, I enjoyed the tasty breakfast offered by the hotel which was a great start to my day. the location was ideal as it gave me a stunning view of the mountains which was mesmerizing. the hotel provided complementary transfers which made it easy for me to travel comfortably while saving some money. the hotel also had an amazing private onsen which was quite an experience.

The hotel could improve by having more flexible cancellation policies. there was a lack of transparency in regards to the daily itinerary.

We had an amazing time at this hotel, located right next to the ski slopes and with gorgeous views of the mountain. The service was impeccable, from the welcoming staff at the reception to the ski concierge helping us with our gear. The shuttle service and ski rental were also very convenient. We loved relaxing in the onsen after a day of skiing, and the free laundry room was a great plus.

Stunning boutique hotel with a lovely, traditional Onsen. The buffet breakfast had a fantastic selection of Asian and Western options. The room was spacious and well-equipped, perfect for a family of three. The hotel shuttle bus made getting to and from the ski slopes a breeze. Soaking in the Onsen was absolutely delightful. I highly recommend this hotel for a memorable stay in Niseko.
