This hotel is in an excellent location, right next to a streetcar stop and within walking distance to the city center. The staff is very helpful and the basic amenities are good, even for those with large suitcases. The rooms are comfortable with either a double or queen size bed, and come with good facilities. Breakfast is included and has options for both Japanese and western tastes.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, right in front of the tram station, which made it very convenient for us to explore the main tourist attractions of the area. We were able to easily access a few attractions in this city, as well as Hiroshima station and the main areas of town. The hotel facilities were great, with a 7-11 next door and a coin laundry and microwave available for guests. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the staff, especially the cleaning ladies, were so polite and helpful. They even left fresh towels outside our door when we placed the Do Not Disturb sign. The breakfast offered a wide selection of traditional Japanese food and a western breakfast, providing a good variety to choose from. the staff was friendly and accommodating, making our stay even more enjoyable.

As early risers, we found the upgraded bed and clean room at a reasonable price to be a great offer. The free amenities and coffee machine downstairs were a nice touch.

The hotel had some neat features like free wifi and coffee which were helpful. Its location was pretty good, close to some touristy places and had some nice food joints nearby. the hotel staff had a friendly demeanor which made interaction comfortable.

The room itself was quite claustrophobic and being cooped up there on Christmas felt limiting. the heating system wasn't very effective and we found ourselves shivering in the chilly conditions.
