Breakfast buffet was a complete disappointment, with constant running out of items, chaotic atmosphere, and poorly replenished food. Not worth paying for breakfast, better off going somewhere else.

We had a fantastic stay at this conveniently located hotel in Kyoto. Situated between the main station and the lively dining and entertainment area, we were able to explore easily. The spacious room had separate bed and living areas, making it ideal for families. The kitchen was well-equipped, allowing us to prepare meals. The facilities, including laundry, were convenient, and the housekeeping was thorough. The hotel provided great information about local restaurants. We will definitely re-book for our next visit.

The late room check-in time of 4 pm was a bit inconvenient.

The hotel is conveniently located next to Gojo subway station, providing easy access to the main tourist areas and attractions in Kyoto. The central area and Kyoto station are not far away, making it convenient for exploring the city. The hotel offers spacious rooms with a small kitchenette, allowing guests to cook their own meals if desired. The staff is friendly and helpful, with many of them speaking English well.

One downside is that some guests have mentioned a few service-related issues, such as having to pay for printing on a per-sheet basis and needing to pick up toiletries on the first floor.

Free upgrade to larger room with balcony. No traffic noise when windows closed. Metro station outside, 15-minute walk. Close to 7-Eleven, McDonald's, Yoshinoya. Well-equipped kitchenette, amenities restocked daily.

The room was overpriced for the quality, and the toiletries and even the mineral water were only provided on the first day of the stay. the breakfast was a disappointment, with poor quality food and bad coffee.

We had a wonderful stay at Citadines! The apartment was spacious and well-equipped, with a surprise bonus of a small kitchen. The shower was the best we experienced in Japan. The location was great, near the metro and within walking distance to shopping and restaurants. The staff were friendly and always greeted us with a smile. we highly recommend this hotel for its value and convenience.

I was pleasantly surprised by the spaciousness of the room at Citadines Kyoto. The natural lighting created a warm and inviting atmosphere, and the soft beds ensured a comfortable night's sleep. Although the sink being outside of the bathroom took some getting used to, the rest of the amenities were great. The location was convenient, with a subway station right outside and plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. I had a satisfying experience and would recommend this hotel.
