I was pleasantly surprised when I was given a spacious 4 person room instead of the twin room I booked. The room was clean, chic, and looked newly renovated. It had a lot of space for suitcases and even had a leg massager, fridge, water boiler, and small desk. The amenities provided were great - hair lotion, tonic, shaving cream, body milk, lotion. The location was quiet and conveniently located near the metro, with a few cheap eats around. It was perfect for backpackers like myself.

I recently stayed at a hotel in a great location near Shinjuku, and I had a wonderful experience at Shinjuku City Hotel N.U.T.S. The staff was friendly and accommodating, always willing to help with any questions I had. The hotel itself is budget-friendly, yet provides a comfortable stay. It's situated just outside the busiest areas, allowing for more privacy. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was spacious. One thing I really appreciated was the hotel's laundry service. I was able to give them a bag of laundry and they took care of everything for just $9 USD. This was a lifesaver given my busy itinerary.

I recently stayed at Shinjuku City Hotel N.U.T.S for 5 nights with 4 friends. The room was incredibly spacious and comfortable, easily fitting all of us and our snowboard bags. The customer service was top-notch, with the staff being very friendly and helpful. The location was convenient, with a metro train station just 4 minutes away and popular attractions like Golden Gai and Robot Cafe within a quick 10-minute walk. The cleanliness of the room and bathroom was exceptional, and I especially liked the separate powder area and bath area in the bathroom. It was great that the hotel provided storage for our luggage before and after check-in/check-out, as our next train was hours away.

I got great value for my money at this hotel. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a huge, beautiful bathroom. The location was also excellent, just a 2-minute walk from the nearest train station. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay.

Our stay at Shinjuku City Hotel N.U.T.S Tokyo was mind-blowing! The recently renovated room was spotless and very modern, with a comfortable bed and spacious bathroom complete with a jaw-dropping jetted bathtub. The friendly staff went above and beyond, promptly fixing our hot water issue and allowing us to store our luggage before check-in. The location was perfect, just a few blocks from the heart of the city and close to train stations. The currency exchange machine in the lobby was super convenient. Despite the tiny elevator, our stay at this hotel was absolutely amazing and offered great value for the money. Plus, the fact that they allow pets is a huge bonus!

The hotel is conveniently located close to everything, including the tatami sleeping area. It is very close to the subway and near to metro stations. The staff is friendly and helpful.

The location of the hotel was fantastic, with plenty of great restaurants and a convenient laundromat right across the street. Plus, it was super close to the train station, making it easy to explore the city. The staff at the hotel were mostly friendly and helpful, and our room was surprisingly spacious for Tokyo standards, comfortably accommodating our family of four. We even had a tiny balcony, which was a nice bonus.

One negative aspect was the lack of breakfast options. We were disappointed to find out that breakfast was only available in the main hotel, while our room was located in an annex up the street.

Our room was large, modern, and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the free soft drinks machine in the foyer. The location was convenient, just a 3-minute walk from the Shinjuku-Gyoen-mae station and about 10-15 minutes from the main Shinjuku area. The room had a separate toilet and bathroom, as well as a mini kitchen. The large screen TV had Netflix and Japanese channels. The bathroom was spacious and comfortable. We also enjoyed the breakfast and the music speaker, which allowed us to play music from our mobile phones.

Felt at home, no reason to complain.
