The location of the hotel was perfect, being close to the main attractions and in a nice area. The staff were friendly and accommodating, always willing to help and provide information. The accommodations were modern and comfortable, with clean rooms and bathrooms.

There were a few minor issues during my stay. The wifi was a bit spotty at times, especially during the night.

The bathroom situation. We were not informed that the bathroom on our floor was for women only, so we had to go up a flight of stairs every time we needed to use the bathroom, which was quite inconvenient, especially at night.

I had a fantastic experience at Cocts Akihabara. the staff was knowledgeable and helpful, and the well-maintained database made it easy to find the information I needed. the dormitory room was practically like having a room to myself, with only one other person who was rarely there. the price was great, and the central location in a quiet neighborhood was perfect for exploring Tokyo. It's conveniently situated between the SkyTree Tower, the Imperial Garden, and the bustling skyscraper area. a great experience for a first-time backpacker and solo traveler.

We felt like we had to be quiet in our room, which made it hard to socialize with other guests. the light in the bunk was too bright and the kettle was missing, which was inconvenient.
