The room was spacious, allowing all three of us to comfortably unpack our luggage. the hotel's location was convenient, situated on a main road near two major stations and a convenience store. Additionally, the comfortable beds and availability of power sockets near the bed were a plus.

The check-in process was frustrating, as it required online check-in through a cumbersome procedure despite staff presence at the counter. the lack of organization at the reception, along with ongoing construction work outside, detracted from the overall experience.

Traveling with family for a week-long stay, we found a comfortable family room with authentic Japanese touches like tatami mats and a genkan. the bunk beds were sturdy and the room provided privacy with its own toilet and shower spaces. Convenient pantry area for meals, friendly staff, and easy check-in process. A bustling station nearby made it easy to stock up on supplies.

Can't recommend highly enough this hotel.

i had a wonderful stay at cogo ryogoku. the hotel was great value for money, with a fully equipped common area and clean, basic rooms. the location was convenient, close to public transport and within walking distance to attractions like asakusa and sky tree. the staff were friendly and the atmosphere was welcoming, making it a pleasant experience for me and my family.

Everything at the hostel was top-notch, especially the building design. It felt like staying in a luxury tower rather than a traditional hostel. the ample common area on one whole floor made it feel like a bustling community hub, setting a new standard for Tokyo hostels!

The room was very big and clean with comfortable beds and ample space for our belongings. Check-in and check-out were seamless through the computer or phone. the 7th-floor lounge was a nice touch, and the proximity to the train station only added to the convenience. the building was a well-designed 9-floor tower with impressive amenities like a women's dorm and a dedicated common area floor. the staff, especially Nobuko, was exceptionally competent and considerate, enhancing the overall experience. the room itself was spacious and impeccably clean, with shared facilities that were well-maintained. There were nearby shops and eateries, and the Ryogoku station was within easy reach, making exploration and dining options plentiful. One challenge we initially faced with the room's air conditioning was promptly resolved by the attentive reception staff. the relaxing atmosphere and proximity to landmarks like Kanda Shrine, Tokyo Tower, Asakusa, Ueno Zoo, Edo-Tokyo Museum.
