Our stay at Comfort Hotel was fantastic! The location was incredibly convenient, just a short walk from Nagoya Station. The automated check-in process was smooth and easy, with friendly staff available to assist if needed. The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The free breakfast had a great variety of options, both Western and Asian, and we loved being able to enjoy unlimited coffee throughout the day in the comfortable lounge. The hotel also had washing machines and dryers available, which was a lifesaver. And the nearby Okinawa style restaurant served delicious yakitori. Despite a few minor drawbacks like limited storage space for luggage and slightly dim lighting in the room, we had a wonderful stay at Comfort Hotel Nagoya Shinkansenguchi. I highly recommend this hotel!

The breakfast at the hotel had a wide variety of options with a nice and relaxed atmosphere. the twin room size was comparatively spacious. the location was convenient, with easy access to nearby facilities.

The rooms had a dim light which was an issue at times. the distance from the main station made it a bit inconvenient for those with heavy luggage.

The hotel's location near the train station was incredibly convenient, allowing easy access to transportation. Additionally, the room and bathroom were clean and comfortable, providing a pleasant stay. The staff, although limited in English, were still helpful and accommodating. The complimentary breakfast offered a variety of options, satisfying both Western and Eastern tastes. Furthermore, the hotel provided useful facilities such as a self-serve coffee machine and laundry room.

The lack of English proficiency among the staff made communication a bit challenging.
