The location of the hotel is ideal, being so close to the train station. It made it really convenient for our family to explore the area. We found plenty of restaurants nearby to satisfy our hungry tummies after a long day of adventures. The hotel staff provided great service and the facilities were well-maintained. The room was clean and had all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. Plus, the complimentary breakfast offered a good variety of both western and Japanese options.

The parking situation in the area was a bit challenging during peak times, but we managed to find a spot eventually.

My stay at Comfort Hotel was fantastic. The location was incredibly convenient, just a 3-minute walk from the Niigata Station. The room and bathroom, though not large, were still spacious enough for a comfortable stay. The complimentary breakfast, while not extensive, was nice and the complimentary coffee was a bonus. Great value & amazing staff!

We recently stayed in a hotel that offered great value for its price! the location was perfect, as it was close to the train station and many convenience stores. the staff was amazing and always went above and beyond to help us with anything we needed. We loved the complimentary breakfast which had many options for both Japanese and Western tastes. the rooms were small, but well-equipped with all the necessary amenities.

The small size of the room was a downside, and it could feel a bit cramped for two people. finding parking was a bit of a hassle and there were limited options nearby.
