Stayed at Comfort Hotel for 3 nights for a business trip. The helpful staff made me feel welcome and the service exceeded my expectations. The rooms were spacious and clean, with comfortable beds. The complimentary breakfast was good and the lounge area was a nice touch. The location near Shin-Osaka station was convenient for travel within Japan. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

I had a great value for my money at this hotel. The room was spacious and had everything I needed, including toiletries, a hairdryer, and a fridge. The location near Shin-Osaka was convenient, especially for getting to the airport. The staff treated me very well and the service was exceptional.

Breakfast items could have been better with a wider variety of options.

The staff here were very helpful and made you feel welcome. The room was clean, comfortable and spacious, with all the necessary amenities provided. The location was fantastic, only a 5-minute walk to the train station.

The hotel room was facing the train tracks, which made it quite noisy at times. It would have been better if there was better soundproofing.

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. the location was fantastic, with easy access to the Shinkansen Station. Secondly, the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, allowing us to store our luggage after we checked out, despite the rainy weather. Lastly, the rooms were clean and quiet, providing a comfortable and modern bathroom with a bath. It was also a bonus to have buffet breakfast included, which was very good. Speaking of value for money, this hotel definitely delivered.

Nothing to complain about, everything was just perfect.
