This hotel is a great value for your money. the location is superb, just a short walk from the train station which makes it easy to explore the city. the rooms are very comfortable and they offer many special free amenities like foot pillows and umbrellas. the breakfast buffet is outstanding, with a variety of Japanese and Western foods to choose from.

The staff seems to struggle with English, so communication can be somewhat difficult. the rooms and bathrooms are a bit compact and might be difficult for those with large luggage.

I recently had a fantastic stay at a hotel in Wakayama that exceeded all my expectations. the location was absolutely perfect, being just a stone's throw away from the train station. This made it incredibly convenient for exploring the beautiful region. Secondly, the hotel staff were incredibly friendly and made me feel right at home during my stay. They were always ready to assist and their excellent service truly made a difference. Lastly, the rooms were clean, comfortable, and equipped with all the necessary amenities, including a cozy double bed and even an air purifier. I also have to mention the delicious breakfast served here, with a wide variety of Japanese and Western dishes to choose from. It was the perfect way to start my day of adventure.

No issues whatsoever, everything was absolutely perfect.
