Close proximity to the slopes and main bus station made it very convenient for skiing and traveling around. the owner took us to a hot spring every night, which was a nice bonus. the rental shop delivered and fitted snowboard gear right at the hotel, making it even more convenient. the staff was friendly and could speak English. the food was great, with a variety of options for breakfast and dinner. the rooms were warm and comfortable.

The shared bathroom was not very convenient, especially for those who prefer more privacy. Some email inquiries before our stay went unanswered.

They even went out of their way to arrange transport, equipment rental, and provide information about the area. we had a great experience and would highly recommend staying at the Milky House.
