The room was comfortable and clean, perfect for a romantic escape. The shower had great water pressure, which was so relaxing. We also enjoyed the public bath within the hotel, it was a unique and convenient experience.

The location was not ideal for exploring the popular tourist areas. It was quite far from the main shopping center and it took a long walk to reach the busier neighborhoods.

This centrally located hotel is a great base for exploring the bustling city. It is conveniently situated right next to several subway lines, making it easy to navigate around. The rooms are cozy and slightly larger than average, providing a comfortable stay. The bathroom facilities are fantastic, with a public bath that offers a relaxing soak after a long day of exploring. The staff are warm and welcoming, providing excellent service. The breakfast buffet spread is impressive, offering a wide variety of delicious options.

There was a language barrier with some of the staff, which made communication challenging at times.

Conveniently located next to a train station. Room size was larger than average and well-maintained. Helpful staff. Enjoyed the onsen after a long day of walking. Good amenities for female guests.

My recent stay at Courtyard By Marriott was absolutely delightful. The location of the hotel, right next to the Sakaisuji-Hommachi station, made it incredibly convenient to explore Osaka. The room I stayed in was well-appointed, and I especially appreciated the thoughtful amenities provided for female guests, such as a hair curler. After a long day of walking, the onsen at the hotel was a wonderful way to relax and soothe my tired muscles.

Although my overall experience was fantastic, there were a few drawbacks worth mentioning. the room was quite small, making it a bit challenging to navigate with a large suitcase.

Finally, the hotel's location advantages allowed us to explore Osaka easily, with several metro lines nearby.

Although everything was fantastic, we had some difficulty figuring out the TV's function and had to call the staff for assistance. this minor issue did not detract from the overall experience.
