I recently stayed at the Ana Crowne Plaza in Kumamoto for 5 nights for leisure purposes. The size of the room was excellent value for money in Japan. The complimentary water bottles and fantastic view from the 21st floor were a nice touch. The hotel provides a free shuttle to and from the railway station, and the staff were very attentive and friendly. The range of bathroom goodies was comprehensive, and the bed was extremely comfortable with two types of pillows. The location was convenient, with a comfortable walking distance to the main shopping arcade and castle.

We had an amazing stay at the Crowne Plaza in Kumamoto! The room was spacious and the city view was brilliant. We loved the attention to sleep quality, with relaxing bath salts, warm eye pads, and a pillow menu offering high-end options like Tempur pillows. Trying the Tempur pillow was a game-changer, as we slept so well that we almost missed breakfast!
